With a career spanning renowned hotels such as The Grosvenor House and Le Royal Meridien, Jennifer has mastered the balance between classical French techniques and contemporary innovation. Her creations celebrate both tradition and creativity, often highlighting local flavors and ingredients in unexpected, elegant ways.

At Rise, Jennifer leads the acclaimed Afternoon Tea experience, crafting sweet and savory bites that delight all ages, including the specially designed Tiny Tea for children. Signature desserts like the Reform Cake, St. Regis Banoffee, and Imperium Plum Cake reflect her philosophy: every dessert tells a story, combining precision, emotion, and beauty.
